When your RCD trips continuously on your power circuit it can quite often be the result of a faulty appliance. Before calling us we recommend that you physically unplug all items before attempting to reset the RCD. If the RCD resets then plug in a radio and turn it on, plug in and switch on each of your appliances one at a time, when the RCD trips (the radio stops) you have found the culprit and saved yourself money.
We have heard there will be a publicity campaign on the recall of infinity branded cables and would like all our customers to know that we did not purchase and have not used any of this cable in any of our work.
